We have an in-house Interior Design team dedicated to elevating properties to premium standards, providing landlords with the reassurance that their investments are entrusted to capable hands, attracting premium professional tenants and receiving oustanding care.
What we are looking for
- Properties within Solihull and Birmingham
- We exclusively focus on apartments and houses. While parking is a valuable feature, it’s not an absolute necessity for us
- The property’s current decorative condition is not a critical factor, as we can arrange for a free refurbishment to bring the property up to a high standard
- We are keen to take on 3 bedroom houses and larger

Our power team will carry out a free cosmetic upgrade and fully furnish your property to attract our high-end professional tenants. This means you benefit from added value to your property and peace of mind, knowing your property will be returned to you in great condition.
Additionally, we perform weekly property cleans and inspections, giving you complete peace of mind that your property is being looked after.
We will cover the cost of wear and tear and minor maintenance work to the property.
